30. {Personal Goal}

  1. This looks like a great list! I can definitely vouch for Vinyasa Flow being awesome.

  2. I LOVE #28-- have a college night. That is awesome and such a great idea.

  3. You've inspired me! I'm going to make a list, as well. I love your "college night" idea!

  4. I love it! What a perfect list!

  5. Looks great! Can't wait to follow along with how it goes!

  6. great list! i guess i'd have to do a 40 before 40 at this point, but that just gives me too much stuff to do. i'll just live vicariously through industrious others such as yourself!

  7. Love the list! you can so do it! I had run a 5K on my 30 before 30 list and at that point I could not run a mile to save my life! I've done at least 5 5Ks now and am training for my first 10K! I used the Couch 2 5K program too and am now using the Bridge to 10K plan to get ready for the 10K. I'm so glad to see Couch to 5K on your list! It is a great program!
